#transformationthursday Holy clumping Batman I can’t believe the difference in my hair right after washing it! On the left, my hair was super frizzy, even when wet. It didn’t feel smooth at all. In addition, many of the strands would separate in the middle of the curl. On the right, my hair is clumping super well with hardly ANY frizz or webbing in between. The hair strands are so moisturized and soft ✨Clumping is when your hair strands come together to help form a more defined curl ✨ So what caused this change? 3 months of not using any harsh ingredients in my hair and strictly following the CG Method Paying more attention to what my hair needs (protein and/or moisture instead of just following other people’s routines) Denman brush! After squishing the conditioner to my hair in the shower, I brush my hair upside down slowly and the hair begins to clump together Deep conditioning with heat! Before, I didn’t use any heat but since I’m low porosity, I’ve been using my @thermalhaircare hot head to allow the product to penetrate more. I think this has helped my hair become so smooth overtime I remember a few months ago, wondering where I had gone wrong and just wishing one certain product or technique could fix my hair. Instead, with time and listening to what my hair actually needed, it got better! Don’t give up curlies➰
