A beautiful signey for my beautiful wifey And in typical #agduzit fashion, started the project in the morning of her birthday party and finished putting on the last coat of paint an hour before the party . I typically use 1/4” MDF for the lasercut letters, but the cutter decided to act up and only cut through up to 1/8” (probably needed some maintenance) I only had 1/16” acrylic on-hand but wanted to make them stand out a bit, so I added some foam tape to get a slight ‘floating’ effect . . Calgary’s premier Bakery, @corbeauxbakery is now available in select @calgarycoop locations! When the opportunity arose to create custom displays for Co-op, Corbeaux knew they needed to be something special that would stand out and differentiate themselves from the rest. 54blue worked hard to design a modern sleek display that still had vintage pop and encompassed the Corbeaux brand. Elements of vintage steel banding, laser cut steel birds, baltic birch, non streak black laminate and cast iron wheels all came together to create this unique display. We had a great time working on this design for #ultagmc2019. Their exhibiting goal and priority for the booth was to share their brands community trade stories, highlighting the journey they take to source ingredients around the world through two key pillars: Shea butter and Tea Tree leaves. . They also wanted to recreate the environment of their stores using wood textures, lots of greenery, and bright graphics. . Thanks to the @thebodyshop for giving us a unique vision to work with!
