I’m SO done with talking down to my precious body - I did that for so many years. In the last few years I’ve seen how weak this body and mind can be when I neglect to care for it, how bloody strong it is when I nurture it, and how it carries me through life every day asking very little from me. Every day is an opportunity to improve not only our thoughts, but also our attitudes towards ourselves and others. Thoughts become things, manifest wisely!✌
