तुम, मैं, हम सब, एक आईना हैं!
कैसे?
जो भी चल रहा है, तुम्हारे भीतर ही तो चल रहा है।
लोग दिखते हैं, कहां? तुम्हारी आँखों में, तुम्हारे भीतर।
आवाजें सुनतीं हैं, कहाँ? तुम्हारे कानों में, तुम्हारे भीतर।
महसूस करती हो, कहाँ? अपने भीतर,
दुख भी भीतर, सुख भी भीतर, स्वाद भी भीतर, खुशबू भी भीतर,
सब कुछ तुम्हारे अंदर ही तो है, तो हुए न हम आईना, जो भीतर दिख गया, वही सही है हमारे लिए, है न?
अब अगर आईना ही साफ नहीं हुआ, तो सब अलग दिखने लगेगा ना, सब बदला हुआ, बेरूप, उल्टा-पुलटा!
तो बस, एक ही तो काम है, आईना साफ रखना, इसके ऊपर से जितनी चिक्कट हो सके, हटानी, जितनी परतें हो सकें, उन्हें कम करना, साफ करना,
ताकि जो जैसा है, बस वोही दिखे, बिना किसी जजमेंट के, बिना किसी खुद से बुनी हुई विचारधारा के, बस वैसे का वैसा!
और पहला कदम होगा, स्वयं खुश रहना, हर परिस्थिति में, मुस्कुराते रहना, संयमी रहना, समभाव रहना, ध्यानपूर्वक स्वयं को जीवन पथ पर अग्रसर करना! #meditation #dhyana ध्यान तुम्हारी मदद करेगा।

#dhyana or Meditation is key ♀️♂️
We all know by now I guess But it is still hard for many of us. It takes time, patience and kindness towards oneself.
Today I want to share a meditation technique which I learned from a great Yogi. I love this technique and find it helpful and calming to practice.
This techniques allows and also requires you to stay focused which helps the mind to remain centered.
Here’s the deal: we are counting our breaths in rounds. Each round includes the in- and out breath.
Round 1: we breathe in and out up to 7
(Breathing in 1, breathing out 1, breathing in 2, breathing out 2,...breathing in 7, breathing out 7)
Round 2: breathe up to 14
Round 3: breathe up to 21
Round 4: breathe up to 28
Round 5: breathe up to 35
and so on...so each round you add 7 breaths (in- and out breath)
☝ If you loose count, of you’re confused which round you’re at or get distracted: you start back at round 1 not to punish yourself but this way you see how long you can keep track of your breath.

ONE MORE THING: the moment you catch yourself loosing track-rather being frustrated or angry change your response and make it a successful moment that right in this moment you caught your mind drifting so you can bring it back to your breath.
