Cool kid update, even though I haven’t worked out in 11 days and I’ve been eating a diet that consisted of #Paté #Griyo #DiriDjonDjon #barbancourt and all types of cheese, I did not gain a single lb. In fact, I think what happened was I still subconsciously counted calories, but they weren’t the “right type” calories. So instead of 2000 calories of healthy foods, I took in 2000 calories of bad food.
BUT, I d0 feel like I need to get my longevity for cardio back in order. I ran at a 4.0 for two mins before caving in. I had a hard time jumping rope as well. Also, my stomach kinda preggo looking so maybe I’ve been eating food that’s been contributing towards that. Nonetheless, we are back...we are smashing goals and taking @ojfit_ bootcamps to workout 4 times a week. Sign up for his next one!
