Instead of fighting technology I am trying to embrace it. I am learning to understand it better. I am learning to see where there are possibilities. I am learning to appreciate the endless possibilities that lay ahead as I let go of my fears, judgement and frustrations with something that I just quite simply don’t understand. Anyone who practices with me or knows me knows that my spiritual practice is this: Love or Fear. Line up with love - you win. Line up with fear - you suffer. That every single problem in life stems from fear and the solution of the time is love. It’s hard. Especially in the beginning. but WOAH IT IS WORTH IT. I fail all the time, but I get better at loving every day. When I put stuff up on the Internet my fear has me worry about all the ways I will probably be judged. Love on the other hand tell me to show myself. Love tells me that showing myself just leaves room for more connection. I am afraid all the time - and I am grateful - because my fear just shows me exactly where my walls are and exactly where I can do work and grow.
