Mum was hoping to get a photo from this evening’s walk at Newhailes, but I had other ideas. I rolled in something “nasty” (Mum’s word)/ fragrant (mine) at the beginning of the walk. “Harris,” Mum said as I trotted past her, “what’s that in your ear... and... on your head...?” Yep, , I can still new find ways to gross out Mum. Needless to say, a bath was in my very near future... .

If you Google the word ‘contentment’, this photo really should appear. Because this is my happy place: at the beach, having just smooshed my face enthusiastically into the ripples of wet sand left behind by the tide. Twice. Joyfully.

This afternoon, and an impromptu beach walk with our Auntie Lisa @the.dog.edit and Nina of @bobby.and.nina. It was misty at Yellowcraig, but also warm as the sun started to peek through the clouds. The tide was way out, so we could run on the wide expanse of sand. And face smoosh, although Squirt and Nina managed to resist joining me for this. Can’t think why ~ Bracken.

Taking a very busy (and wet!!) York visit in our stride yesterday. We stood and posed for photos infront of York Minster and quite a few folk commented on our skillz . We popped by a few @dogfuriendly places and then headed home for a snooze!
