Next month it will be 3 years since I have been eating primarily plant based and my eczema that I had for 20 years went away in only 4 days when I cut out dairy and has NEVER once came back...even when I have some dairy occasionally it has never flared up The bottom pic was taken this morning with no makeup on my eyelids...so for all the lovely people that used to tease me for wearing too much makeup in the past ..that’s the reason why...trying to cover that $hit!! Let me tell you a little story about me... _ I remember the first time my friends saw me in a blue wig, they were shocked! I was surprised at myself too. Lol So why am i saying all of these....
