Happy Thursday friends!☺️ I work 4 days a week so today is my Friday and while breakfast at work surely does not look like this, you can bet it will tomorrow and I am PSYCHED Still adjusting to my new schedule- my mornings don’t allow for much time and if I want to squeeze in a work out (which is how I love to start my day) it leaves me rushing the rest of the morning to make my train which I don’t love So Im still trying to figure out what works best for me... Looking forward to a slow morning tomorrow Especially because it will include a DEEP GREEN SMOOTHIE This baby is packed with ANTIOXIDANTS + MICRONUTRIENTS Full recipe below, have the best day my loves

DEEP GREEN SMOOTHIE
• 1 cup frozen spinach
• 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
• ~1 inch fresh ginger
• 2 scoops @ora.organic vanilla protein
• 1/2 tsp spirulina
• dash of cinnamon + vanilla extract
•Enough almond milk to blend
BLEND + top w/ @grandyoats OG grain-free granola
First time making savory oats and it was a HIT!
Just made some oatmeal per usual, but added a little bit of sea salt, black pepper and nutritional yeast while it was cooking, sauteed some chopped bell peppers, red onion and kale, fried an egg, and topped it all on top!
But the runny yolk stole my heart

Egg yolks are mixed with water, corn flour and cheese and cooked on gentle heat whisking continuously to get a foamy, light textured sauce.
It was delicious and quick to cook.

Okay, I know this looks like a bowl of mush but trust me when I say it’s the best bowl of mush you’ll ever have. Sometimes real life meals aren’t all that pretty, but they are GOOD
Bone broth and mashed carrots are like my comfort food. I can’t have potatoes on SCD, so, instead carrots have become like the backbone of this nation to me. Don’t knock it till ya try it
I posted this meal on my stories last night and my friend Nicole even made it already (ily @Nicole.collyer ) so I felt like I had to share the deets This meal is super simple and so comforting, which is honestly probably why I have it like 5x a week. It kind of takes like minestrone soup? Clearly I’m still working on a name
To make whatever the heck I call this: roast peeled carrots in the oven with ghee and @butchersbyroliroti (because the ingredients are so on point and sometimes you just don’t have time to make your own homemade broth) under they’re super tender and then blend it all together in a food processor with more bone broth until the carrots become like a smooth purée In a pan, sauté ground turkey, spinach, and either fresh basil or fresh cilantro. You need those herbs, they’re game changers trust me. In a bowl, combine your mashed carrots, sautéed spinach/turkey, and add more bone broth. Top with more fresh herbs and a heaping of parm cheese because yes plz and thank me later
As promised! My 2-Ingredient Apple Gummies recipe (well, 3 if you include water!). Apples make these just sweet enough - no sweetener needed. Super easy.
