Let’s talk skin⭐️ In my pics you might notice some red dots/scratches on my skin, and if you know me irl you know that I’m alllwaaaays itching my skin. That’s because I have severe eczema, or Atopic Dermatitis. I’ve been living with this condition for around 5 years.
So what is AD? Eczema is an autoimmune disease that causes skin to be super sensitive, and attack itself for no reason. The result is inflamed, itchy, dry and cracked skin.
My eczema impacts my daily life in many ways. I can’t exercise too frequently because my skin reacts if I get too hot. I can’t go in the bright sun for the same reason. I can only shower 3 times before my skin will dries out. I am allergic to scented lotions, perfumes, soaps, and shampoo. I can only wear certain fabrics or else I will be SO itchy. I have to take sleeping pills because I scratch all through the night in my sleep. I change my bed sheets twice a week because I bleed all over them. Eczema can be gross!
Another thing with eczema is that I am constantly at risk of contracting different diseases due to all my open wounds. Those with AD also have comorbid conditions (2 chronic conditions existing at the same time) such as staph infections or depression. I have tried every topical medication for eczema and nothing has helped me. I have tried steroids and immune suppressants and a plethora of natural treatments.
Currently I am taking Methotrexate, which is a cancer drug. This drug could easily kill me, so I am terrified every day. Despite how much trouble my skin may give me, I am so thankful for it. I have Eczema because the world wouldn’t be able to handle me if I was perfectI’m so thankful for the strong network of eczema supporters and for everyone who’s helped me through my condition. #eczemawarrior @nationaleczema

2- « Diagnostic »
L’eczéma m’a poussée à me renfermer davantage.

In case you guys missed it, this is my before and after for my eczema, I’ll be posting a YouTube video about it tomorrow so keep an eye out for it! It’s amazing looking back and seeing the pictures side by side. Can’t believe that was my skin only a few months ago! With the help of @biologiserum + @eczema.life I was able to get my skin under control You can read about it in the Daily Mail too, I’ve linked it on my Instastories, or you can read my old post on it P.S. just wanted to address one of the comments, I find that having acrylics/SNS helps with scratching as they’re blunt compared to natural nails=less damage to skin

~EMPTIES • swipe through for before&after ~You know something is great when you use every last drop!! If you remember my instastories a while back you guys may remember me talking about @biologiserum ✨ at the time I feel like I was going through TSW and it really helped put out the fire. If you swipe through you’ll see my progress pics (all with no makeup, the 3rd one I only have a bit of mascara and brow gel on) March 15 was the very first day I used Biologi and you can see how much of a difference 4 days made! I used Bk serum on my entire face and Bf on my hands/body. I must also mention that I cleaned up my diet a lot (no: gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, coffee or alcohol and also cut out some veg high in salicylates) and I took @eczema.life Skin Friend supplements daily. I’m a firm believer that if you only treat something externally you’ll be treating it eternally ✨ pretty sure Biologi also do little travel sizes too so you guys can tryout a bit before committing to full size

DO DIFFERENT THINGS TO GET DIFFERENT RESULTS
————————————————————
For many years I went to the ONLY person I knew who had the expertise to help me with my eczema
•
These loving & compassionate doctors provided me with the best advice based on the information they had available to them
•
Unfortunately, over the years...my eczema just kept getting worse
•
Then at the age of 13, I just decided I had enough
•
I didn’t feel like any of the creams were helping, so I stopped using them
•
Words that my dermatologist shared with me only left me feeling sad & depressed, so I stop going to see the doctors
•
Surprisingly, after about 2 years my eczema cleared completely
•
For years I lived eczema free, UNTIL life got stressful
•
The combination of life’s challenges, poor diet, & reckless behavior left me full of eczema once again
•
You see...I never thought that eczema was linked to a virus & that the virus could just be dormant
•
I thought I grew out of it & that I was eczema free
•
Luckily, I came across @medicalmedium
•
He explained that eczema was caused by dermatoxins being released through the skin
•
Dermatoxins are a by product of a virus & heavy metals
•
So to heal from eczema, psoriasis, & most rash related skin issues you must get rid of the virus & heavy metals
•
Doing this has resulted in me having long lasting results
•
I’m telling you from experience, if you want different results you will need to do different actions
•
I wholeheartedly believe...You TOO can heal! ————————————————————

Any GOT fans? This is me with Greyscale singing a little tune from Season 8 Episode 2. When you’re this sick, you have to find the humor! I can’t do much in my current state(limited mobility in upper body, painful, itchy, etc.) but I can still sing I fell in love with this tune as soon as I heard @danportman sing it bc it reminds me of the Sea Shanty’s that have been sung in Portsmouth, NH.❤️
•
The upside to being home bound is that I was able to binge watch Game of Thrones It really is as amazing as everyone says it is
•
No, eczema is not contagious like Greyscale is, but I couldn’t help but see the similarities. I am currently on antibiotics and deciding on my next form of treatment. I am leaning towards trying Dupixent again.
•
For now, just trying to take it easy- allowing my mind to really relax and escape to beautiful worlds in tv shows, books, and movies
•
btw I picked up the tempo of the song to fit the 1min. Didn’t want you to have to swipe to hear the entire song.

HEALING CAN HAPPEN WITH A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
————————————————————
The key word to focus on is LIFESTYLE
•
Nothing’s wrong if you just do 1 or 2 things. But that wasn’t doing it for me because I wasn’t healing fast enough. I wanted to heal so badly & I wanted it to happen NOW.
•
Which is the reason I chose to follow EVERY @medicalmedium recommendation. That put my body in the best possible position to heal the quickest.
•
Here’s what I did...
1️⃣ Drink 16 oz of plain celery juice on an empty stomach EVERY morning
2️⃣ Eat the 5 foods to remove heavy metals from the body....DAILY (these heavy metals are part of the cause of those dermatoxins that cause eczema flare ups)
3️⃣ Omit ALL the foods that fuel the EBV that causes the dermatoxins that cause the eczema flareups
4️⃣ Lower or even omit overt fats to allow my liver to detox the virus & heavy metals causing the dermatoxins causing the flareups
5️⃣ Eat more healing fruits & vegetables
6️⃣ Take supplements to assist my body in healing
7️⃣ Drink tons of water (I drink 64-96 oz daily)
•
You can learn all of this from @medicalmedium Liver Rescue book
