BAHAN:
500gr iga sapi yg dipotong-potong, cuci bersih
1/2buah bawang bombay
1 batang seledri, ikat
1 buah wortel, iris bulat tebal
1 buah kentang, Potong-potong
1 buah jagung manis, Potong-potong
1 batang daun bawang, iris kasar
1 buah tomat merah, Potong-potong
1 sdt gula pasir
Garam
Merica
Secukupnya air
Bumbu iris:
5 bawang merah
3 bawang putih
Cara membuat:
1. Rebus iga sapi dgn secukupnya air hingga mendidih, buang air rebusan pertama ini.
Rebus lg iga dgn air secukupnya, bawang bombay utuh dan seledri, presto hingga daging empuk.
2. Tumis bumbu iris dg sdkt minyak hingga harum dan layu, masukkan daun bawang dan tomat, aduk-aduk sebentar sampai agak layu.
3. Masukkan bumbu tumis ke dalam rebusan daging.
4. Masukkan wortel,kentang dan jagung, bubuhi gula, garam merica.
5. Masak hingga semua matang.
6. Sajikan dg taburan seledri dan bawang goreng.
