This is true, try as much as possible to see opportunity in challenges and that will make you a joyful person always. .
.
I started my business @agunancy.ng 13 years ago, but my biggest challenge at the time was funding.
.
.
To make matters worse, the fund which I was managing and complaining of not being enough was carted away by robbers.
.
.
Actually, I gave up on my business for one whole week.
.
.
Afterward, I got a prompt to go to my empty office on one very good day, and while sitted there, an idea dropped.
.
.
After implementing the idea, I got N50M in my account in just one day. I was so overwhelmed that I called my hubby, screaming while at it that money is in town and I have been here complaining.
.
.
That was when I knew that having so much customer could also be a challenge, if you don't have enough products to serve them.
.
.
From experience, I can boldly tell you that if you truly want to be weathy, you must have these three things in place:
.
.
1. Strategy
2. Structure
3. System
.
.
If well implemented, in a few years, you will be that person you have always admired.

The Ikogosi Warm Springs is a tourist attraction located at Ikogosi, a town in Ekiti State, southwestern Nigeria. Flowing abreast the warm spring is another cold spring which meets the warm spring at a confluence, each maintaining its thermal properties. These attributes make the spring a tourist attraction in Nigeria. Research suggested that the warm spring has a temperature of about 70oC at the source and 37oC at the confluence.
I remember my first trip to the springs back in the days, It was a school trip. I thought it was too far from Lagos that we might have spent 24hrs in the road( don’t mind my exaggeration ) I don’t remember doing more than posing for a group picture, as I was too tired to hear anything the tour guide said, Except the incredible story of how the springs used to be 2 women who were married to a hunter, one was very temperamental while the other was calm. A fight ensued and both of them turned into the warm and cold springs, According to their nature.
Fast forward to New Year’s Day 2018, I had a family road trip to the springs and I experienced the spring in all its glory. I marveled at nature. Being a nature girl, I felt right at home. The people of Ikogosi believe that the water gushing out from the spring has curative and therapeutic powers. There is a pool in the resort , which is fed by the water from the warm spring. Despite the harsh harmattan, tourists had a warm swim. The tour guide told us the warm and cold water never mixes, no matter what. To confirm this, I filled a bottle with some water from both springs, and took it along to the hotel. To my amazement, the following morning, I poured the water over my hand and it was warm, just as I got halfway through the bottle, it began to get cold. Such Divine Miracle! #lammysblog#personalblog #travelblog#chefamoge#achieverspod#tourisminnigeria#ekitistate#ikogosi#lifestyleblog

Happy International Happiness Day. "Do that which makes you happy and gives you ultimate joy". Last week I travelled through Ekiti state to visit and see some historical and cultural sites.
Pictures taken from Erijiyan town, a small peaceful and quiet town in Ekiti state Nigeria.
My point of interest in this little town was the "Erin Ayonigba" river.
I had read online about the mystery and myths that surrounds the river and was eager to go see myself. Moreso, finding out it was just on the way to Ikogosi town, where the cold and warm water spring is made it more exciting for me. Which means I can plan both trips together, and of course I did . It isn't the usual route google map will show you though because the road that leads here is really in a terrible state.
The Erin Ayonigba river is filled with myths of having fishes...catfish to be precise that must never be killed. The people of the town believes the river is mysterious and the fishes in it are too special to be killed.
They also belief the river protects their town from invaders and evil ones and therefore they regard and hold the river in high esteem and make sure no one or stranger try to fish in it.
One part of the story that intrigued me the most is the belief that even if one decide to take the fish home and cook, it will never get done and the person would remain poor for the rest of their life, living in misery without knowing the cause.
Another interesting part is merely looking at the river or passing by you can never tell it has fishes in it as the surface looks so calm and undisturbed. However, we were told by the villagers to get some bread and throw inside to see the fishes come up.
So, myself and travel buddy @sahkuhrah got some bread(3rd and 4th picture) and threw in. Surprisingly the fishes came up(it was fun seeing them pop up and eat) and they looked so big and had me wondering if truly and indeed no one comes to get this fishes. Like, they would just all get this big and die out. Wawu . I was shooked. Absolutely cultural-specific.
