Instagram und das analoge Leben Einige Menschen in meinem Umfeld verheimlichen ihre Social Media Aktivitäten vor ihrem analogen Umfeld. Eigentlich schade, oder? Einerseits ist der Umgang mit Social Media eine tolle Referenz, denn wer Fotos oder Videos oder Texte postet, der hat tolle Kenntnisse über viele Arbeitsbereiche. Andererseits gibt es eben auch die Schattenseiten: Mir folgen Menschen hier auf Instagram, die waren mal mit mir in einer Tanz-AG, haben im selben Dorf gelebt oder dieselbe Theatergruppe besucht oder kennen mich nicht mal, sondern nur meinen Mann. Natürlich, mit Beobachtung muss man und kann ich leben, wenn ich Inhalte veröffentliche. Ich meine, ich muss es nicht verstehen, warum sie sich durch mein Leben klicken, mich interessiert auch nicht, ob mein Frenemy aus der 8. Klasse heute 4 Fach-Mutter oder Anwältin ist. Da gibt es grad wichtigere Themen in meinem Leben, da muss ich mich nicht unnötig ablenken. Aber übergriffige Kommentare, das geht gar nicht: Weder anonym noch von vermeintlichen Bekannten, die vermeintlichen Bekannte kennen meist mein Facebook Profil oder meine Handynummer und können mir auch einfach schreiben, wie es mir geht. Letztendlich gehe ich ganz offen damit um: Instagram ist nicht 1:1 meine Realität, manchmal nehme ich euch mit, manchmal möchte ich euch mit Zeiten und Dingen nicht belasten, die eben nicht so schön sind oder Menschen betreffen, die nicht digital von mir geteilt werden. Und das ist auch vollkommen okay für mich, wenn andere Menschen es genauso handhaben.
