How much time do you think you spend every day worrying about something that may or may not happen?
I do it a lot, and I call those times an "anxiety spiral" because it literally feels like I'm trapped in a whirlpool of "what-if"s and I'm either fighting to escape or buckling down to ride it out. When my spiral ends, I'm left physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted. So this quote is a good reminder for me, and I hope to those of you who worry as well.
Worrying won't help us prepare for the unknown, but it WILL rob today of its joy. All we can do is live one day at a time, and take care of ourselves so we have the strength and the capacity to handle any obstacles that may come our way in the future. #youcandoit

乾淨的(好的)/骯髒的(壞的)食物

我必須承認,在大學時,當我第一次閱讀文章「clean eating」「eat clean」,我變開始注意到食物的「好」「壞」,很糟糕嗎?這是一個「覺察食物」的過程,我希望當時我能從不一樣的觀點覺察食物,而不是將食物一區分為二。但我們不能改變過去的歷史,但願我可以盡一點力,影響未來的你們。

如果你要改變「自己和食物的關係」,你必須「停止把食物貼上標籤」,好與壞,骯髒與乾淨,健康與不健康,通通拿掉。

我想試問你:
一餐的「吃到飽」,你會胖五公斤嗎?一次餐後的蛋糕甜點,你就會糖尿病嗎?一晚下班後,享受一次的鹹酥雞,你就會有高膽固醇嗎?
不會!是長期下來,你的生活模式,讓你胖十公斤,高膽固醇,高血壓,高血糖。
從偶爾一餐的吃到飽,變長期每週一餐的吃到飽;從偶爾一晚吃鹹酥雞,變長期每兩天吃一次。

️️長期=習慣,我們要培養新的習慣;
而不是怪罪於食物️️

既然,偶爾一次的蛋糕,不會讓你便胖,偶爾一次炸雞,不會讓你膽固醇變高,那為什麼他們是「壞的」「不健康的」「不乾淨的」?
.
再說,如果你的目標是運動表現,或者是身體特定尺寸(減脂肪或增肌肉),食物的品質並不是首要的考量(如果你是有疾病在身,又是另一回事),反而是「份量」是你要注意的事情。
你要減脂肪,對於食物份量要有意識掌控,現在還要完全放棄你喜愛的食物,心裡上承受的無形壓力,很快就會反應在你與食物的關係上。

如果你必須很努力很痛苦才能維持某一個特定的體重/體脂肪,那這就不是你生理自然上適合的數字
.
你覺得自己在55公斤最漂亮卻維持得很痛苦,60公斤很胖但那是身體最舒服的時候;你怎麼不試看看讓自己在60公斤的時候充滿更多的肌肉,可以讓你視覺效果看起來像55-57公斤?

你也不要期望,自己與食物的關係,看完我這篇文章後就會改變

♦️♦️我甚至要警告你,你必須無時無刻,長時間的催眠提醒自己,才能很慢很慢的改變♦️♦️
但是,請你相信自己,有一天,你不會再被媒體上瘦到皮包骨的模特兒所吸引;你對於自己身體形象的期望不會再試圖討好媒體;你將專住在身體的能力上,以及這旅程你所學習到的一切。
