This morning on a coaching call my private client shared her April monthly income. Just over $18,000 She started with me two months ago. BUT here’s what you’re not taking into account. She worked for years to build an Instagram following of 49k followers. She has a niche specific account. I am not her first business coach. Her highest month before she got to me was 8k. Which is still amazing. I helped her leverage the work she had already done. I brought the strategy she needed. But I do not claim to have done this for her. It was all her. I want to make it clear that my clients you see that are making mega money are crushing it because they came to me with a large audience and it was the right time to scale the business. So if you are just starting out, haven’t figured out your niche and haven’t built an audience you may not see numbers like this for a while. It takes time. I can’t stress the importance of building an audience. 80% of your time spent should be on the growth of your community. 3 Unique Actions I take each week to solidify, scale, profit + enjoy my online business⁣ ⁣ I used to run my business the same way you would try to pick up a jar of marbles that fell on the floor: scattered and never able grab hold of all the moving pieces⁣ ⁣ Scaling your biz requires systems of processes and intentional strategy⁣ ⁣ If you freak out, your business will suffer, and the perpetual hamster of worry + insecurity will keep turning (and that’s NOT a good look)⁣ ⁣ Here are 3 Unique action I perform almost daily to build my business, blissfully ⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣ ’⁣ How are you tracking the numerical success of your business on a weekly basis? Your business analytics stems further than just sales and IG Likes. Be sure to track all of your growth including Fb group members, podcast downloads, passive income, etc. ⁣ ⁣ use Google Sheets to track these numbers on a weekly basis + make realistic projections for the remainder of the year from the growth percentage you find⁣ ⁣ 2️⃣ ⁣ ⁣ I am in a loving, sustainable and reliable relationship with Google Calendar. Every Sunday I sit my cuban booty down with GCal and create my schedule for the upcoming week. If it’s not on the calendar, it’s not a priority. ⁣ ⁣ Leave enough “white space” in your calendar for breaks and the moments you are running behind. Oh! & listen to my latest podcast episode with @heather.hhc where we talk all about mastering productivity (it’s a juicy one!)⁣ ⁣ 3️⃣ ’ ⁣ ⁣ Saaaay wuuuut!?!? I let my phone die around 9pm and don’t charge it until the next morning AFTER I had my morning coffee + journal meditation.
