Amazing what can happen in a few months when you start to eat right & stop drinking ungodly amounts of coke it may not seem like a huge difference but I’ve lost 10kg and I can definitely see my face shrinking from a moon face and I’m fucking proud of myself! Most of you would know I struggle with body image issues and self worth, and I know weight doesn’t define me or who I am as a person- but I have been gaining weight for a couple years now and I finally feel like I’m getting back on my feet. My mental health is better, the foods I eat are more nutritious (obvs still indulge though) and I’m in less pain. Anyone out there struggling with something similar, just know I was at a point where I wanted to give up on life & the way I looked was seriously impacting me.
