Swipe➡️ to see how I made Dabi's blue fire 1. I've used 2 shades of blue glass paper for this. 2. First I cut out some basic flame shapes out of newspapers, copied it onto the glass paper and cut them out. 3. Got the glass papers laminated (be sure to cut the shapes you want and then laminate. The sheets will separate If you try to cut shapes after laminating) 4. Trimmed the laminated shapes close to the edges but not too close! 5. To get that wrinkly effect I held it over a stove top with a pair of tongs (a heatgun should also work for this) 6. Put the wrinkled pieces together to make it look like a fireball and hot glued them together 7. Attached LEDs, a battery and a switch.
