Sometimes I show up to the treadmill and my legs just don’t want to do it ♀️or my brain is just fried. Instead of running, try walking at an incline. I try to be bold and go for 10 or 15 ,I like a good bootie, then I find the complimentary speed to match my incline. As my incline gets higher my speed drops. I’m still huffing and puffing and getting a good workout in- without the stress of running. #FitAsAMother #WorkoutTip #WalkDontRun #ThursdayMotivation .

My approach to this pregnancy has been to live the same lifestyle you all have seen over the years. Fuel my body with foods that make me thrive, rest when I'm tired, move daily and modify when needed, and listen to my body along the way.

Finishing out week 17 (17+6) which means we’re just 2 short weeks away from being half way through this #pregnancy! With 5 short months to go! I have a feeling once we hit that half way point time is going to start flying... Still haven’t felt any movement but I’m anticipating that will change soon.. definitely showing a bit more and “looking pregnant” according to my husband last night I think bub must be doing some growing recently. Still feeling good but a bit run down this week and feeling the need to scale back a bit. Looking forward to our 20 week scan at the end of the month since we haven’t gotten to see BB2 yet
