Last weekend a really hilarious thing happened. For the first time since my 46th birthday I decided to enter a 10km race. I finished second in the over-40s category and came away with an extremely satisfying personal best - getting under 43 minutes for the very first time. It reminded me that age need not prevent us from seeking fresh adventures, developing new skills, or conquering unfulfilled goals...
