☕️Rapid fat loss protocols do have a time and place within a well designed nutrition plan. I use them sporadically with my Inner Circle Members and a fistful of online coaching clients depending on their relationship with food (I won't do it with anyone with disordered eating habits) as well as their current goals.

HOWEVER, each and every client who begins a rapid fat loss protocol with me knows they are NOT the end-all-be-all. They are not a quick fix. And once it's finished you will need to switch to something more sustainable so you can continue making progress and maintain your weight loss long-term.

☕️All that said, the point of this post is not to defend rapid fat loss protocols. Rather it's to highlight the importance of understanding *real progress takes a ton of time and effort*.

There is no 21 day fix. There is no pill or potion or humdinger or doodad that will burn fat and keep it off for life. There is no fast track to success.

☕️This whole "fitness thing" is a life long process. No matter how lean or strong or defined you get...there's always room to improve. There's always more to learn. And there's always space to get better.

People run into issues when they think, "I'll be happy when..." or "I'll love myself when..."

☕️No. That's not how this works. If you don't love who you are right now, you aren't going to love who you are when you have a 6-pack...when you get rid of some cellulite...when you lose 20lbs.

Strap in. Buckle up. Hop on your Firebolt and enjoy the ride because once you begin, you're in it for life. Might as well prepare for the long haul and have fun along the way. Because, when you really think about it...if you aren't having fun, what's the point?

In order meet certain goals, it's not about how much time you spend there at the gym. It's about HOW it's spent in the gym. A person that is trying to grow and gain muscle while remaining lean is much more different than a marathon runner per say.

If you are wanting to build muscle and lose fat then intense workouts is key in obtaining your goal. My page is geared towards those goals btw as I'm not going to be running any marathons soon, or ... EVER, haha!

Lifting heavy (which is relative per person btw), combined with intensity and then intense cardio but short duration puts you in a great spot to build muscle, burn fat and obtain a great physique.

On rainy days like this. This is my favorite spot to just sit back and enjoy the rain. I love to open my windows and hear and smell the rain. It is so peaceful.
I am all about being active and working out. It is hard for me to take rest days. Living in Southern California when the weather is perfect most the time and forces you to be outside. I love for days like this that i don’t have to make excuses for just wanting to be in my bed and take a nap. I am a lover of naps. Normally if you give me the choice between working out or sleepy i will choose sleep. I need my 8 hours or I am grumpy gills to the max. I can normally cover it up but when I hit my exhausted point I am no fun.
Sleep is an important part to are physical performance too. You need enough sleep to function. Your body performs so much better with proper sleep. Sleep is one of my favorite hobbies.
I am enjoying my extra time in my bed today. It was so nice to have a break, after I got my workout in and showered just to lay in my bed. Listen to the rain and enjoy being still and in doors for a bit. I am constantly moving and busy that is is nice to just be still. I will use whatever reason I have to to get a break like this. But i love making the time and not having it be an issue. Enjoy the day everyone!

To improve the workout flow, we decreased the amount of clicks needed and automatically takes you to the next exercise.
You can edit your profile page, including your pics, weight and name.
The beep now happens at the end of a timed set so you don’t miss the end.
The current exercise is highlighted so it’s easy to see which exercise you’re on.
The weight entry pop ups are pre populated with your last highest
weight!
The app and the videos are faster as we have reduced the video load.
We are still looking at ways to fix the timer running outside the app so will keep you updated on that.
SO now with these done we are on a rampage to complete and upload #HomeFit1 & #SheFit1 on to the app for you!
