12 Minute Resistance Band Workout For Legs and Shoulders. Do each exercise for one minute using the right leg (where a single leg is required) and then repeat each exercise again for one minute per exercise using left leg (for single leg exercises) .
1. Side lunge/tree pose lift with double arm front raise
2. Single leg lunge with single arm rear delt pull
3. Side to side squats with double arm rear delt pull
4. Single leg deadlifts with double arm rhomboid squeeze
5. Front leg lift with opposite arm overhead shoulder press
6. Alternating rear lunges with double arm external shoulder rotation
