How can I make a 48kg move with such speed Here’s a little free technique tip for you.
Pay close attention to my non working arm and how I whip it forward as I drive by hips into extension. The faster you whip the non working arm, the faster the working arm, and hips, are queued to move.
I then take that same non working arm back again as the working arm reaches lockout. This helps bring the chest forward so I don’t take the bell too far rearwards. This allows me to rip the bell back down faster into the hike.
