It’s important to eat good amount of food to grow cause let me tell ya your muscles want grow without food.. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➳ You’re doing the same exercises all the time. You should change your workout plan every three or four weeks. Once your body has adapted, the same routine may help you maintain, but you won’t see any further gains, and you might start going backwards if you get bored or burn out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➳ You’re not eating enough protein. You can have the best workout plan and lift very heavy but without good amount of protein you won’t see any changes. I suggest to eat 1,5-2,5 g of protein per kg of your body weight. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➳ You’re not doing the most productive movements. For example if you really want to be a doctor in the future start educating yourself. Read medical books, listen medical podcasts, just do something! I read a lot of books about nutrition, human body etc. I’ll have advanced level of biology and chemistry at school. Stop saying “i can’t” because i promise you can. I thought that it would be impossible for me to build strong, lean body. I thought that i would never build muscles and that I would always be scared of gaining weight and eating more. Guess what? I started believing in myself. I realized that i will never achieve something if i don’t take steps to reach it. I started eating more (a lot more) and to be honest it was hard. I started lifting weights and being consistent. After couple weeks i started gaining muscles and being confident in my own body. Now after almost 10 months of lifting heavy i freaking love my body and i’m happy with my shape. Of course yo girl want some more gains but it’s a long process. Wish you good luck lovley people! Ily ❤️
