It’s a crappy feeling when others don’t understand what you are going through, don’t you agree?
Especially when you get a plain, “no brainer” response….
“Just stop eating when you’re full….”
“Just don’t eat the cookie”
“Just eat healthy, you’ll be fine”
BULL advice from someone who doesn’t even have the slightest idea of how you feel and why you are struggling.
Your binging? Struggling with food? Uncomfortable with your body?
Not deemed as a “real” problem to someone who has not been there.

My advice?
Don’t seek out to those who don’t understand what you are going through.
You will always get a different response from someone who has not been through the same struggles as you vs someone who has.
If you came to me and said you were struggling with overeating, I would question the ishhhh out of you and try to get to the root of the problem because..
I’VE BEEN THERE! I know the answer is not black and white!
Go to someone else that has never really struggled with binging/overeating? Even if they seem smart or successful?
Well...you might just get the “just eat healthy girl!” or (my fav) “just stay strong!” answer.♀️

A few years ago, I was given a similar answer when I was really struggling.
I tried seeking advice from someone who had never struggled with food, but had a great physique.
“Just suck it up” was the answer I got.
And I felt very alone, that no one around me understood what I felt….and thus….something had to be “wrong” with me.
I didn’t know other women had the same struggles as me until I made my first YouTube video years ago about binging….then instantly saw I was not the only one who had struggled with food.
So….

If it weren’t for good ol’ TimeHop, what would I do?! Let’s see... last year at this time I was about 3 months in to my services with @sdangerfit. We tried fat loss, but my metabolism was low, my adherence wasn’t fantastic, and I was overall burnt out from fat loss.

Enter my first #reversediet, and it’s been such a fun year since then! Nothing drastic or extreme. Just a lot (a LOT!) of consistency. It’s my strength. I do what Susan tells me to do. My adherence on nutrition is really really good, and my workouts are consistent (never really that intense or amazing - but I never stop showing up).

Once I started flexible dieting, my adherence to my macros became . I ended the cheat meal, I stopped having random nights of eating a bunch of marshmallows and red vines out of my pantry at 9pm. Because I started fitting that stuff into my macros WHENEVER I wanted it. I ended ALL the BLT’s. (bites licks tastes)

My biggest piece of advice is to stay consistent!! A good month is much more important that a perfect week!

Don’t turn your dial up to a 10 if that’s going to send you to a 3 (or zero!) after a few weeks. Coast at an 8 and nail the basics good enough. Consistency over a shit load of time.

I hate when I see girls KILL IT for a few months and then disappear for a few months. And then start that cycle again. You just can’t make real progress like that. And then you don’t have much to show for what FEELS like a ton of work. I am usually not nearly as intense as other girls, but I’ll get ya on consistency!

(Počítány 3 kousky) Na zdravou verzi jsem použila:
▪️1vejce
▪️1bílek
▪️70g celozrnná mouka
▪️40g vločky
▪️100ml kefír
▪️25g protein vanilka
▪️70g bílý jogurt
▪️Prášek do pečiva
▪️třešně, meruňky Vločky rozmixujeme na mouku a vše smícháme dohromady, vytvoříme těsto, nalijeme do formy a posypeme ovocem. Dáme péct na 180°C 30min

Let’s talk about flat stomachs, shall we?
You have to understand getting your stomach flat is just a normal body fat thing—it isn’t anything special.
To lose any fat you just follow the same rules:
—> Calorie deficit
—> Lots of protein
—> Strength training
—> Time
❌ Starving yourself, using bullshit wraps, pills, creams, & endless amounts of cardio & abs won’t get the job done.
♀️ In the same way we can’t control where fat stores, we can’t control where it goes away from.
It’s just a matter of living by ‘the fat loss rules’ & being patient.
Exciting, right? Didn’t think so, but it’s the truth.
