Got some requests for this one! If you can’t get the right sound out of an 808 sample you can use this trick to literally create your own 808 from scratch! ⁣ Credit - @larryohh ⁣ 1. Open 3x Osc⁣ 2. Turn down “coarse” knob all the way ⁣ 3. Turn volume off of two other oscelators ⁣ 4. Go to envelope tab⁣ 5. Turn attack all the way to the left and adjust sustain, hold and release to your liking. ⁣ 6. Send to mixer and add distortion + EQ the highs out and boost low. (I also use “bass booster” or “rbass”⁣ 7. Open Edison and record a “C” ⁣ 8. Drop into step sequencer ⁣ 9.
