This is our Gluten-Free Zucchini bread Recipe 2 1/4 cups of oat flour, 1/4 cup of coconut sugar ,dash of pink salt, 2 Tsp aluminum-free baking powder, dash of cinnamon/nutmeg/cardamom/cloves,1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1/4 cup of coconut oil, 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract, 1/2 cup purée apples with 3 dates, 2Tbsp lemon juice, 2 flax eggs (2Tbsp ground flaxseed with 6Tbsp water mixed together). Add-Ins(1cup of sprouted walnuts ,1 cup of grated Zucchini, and 1 Tbsp of lemon zest ) Directions: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Mix all dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients gradually (you can use a spoon , whisk or mixer). After that add the Add-Ins to the batter. Then grease the pan, put batter in the loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes. (If you prefer more moist loaf bake for less time, the longer you bake it the dryer it it gets). I own a catering business and use the 35% principle to guide my selling price when I am quoting for events. The selling price for your food products has the potential to make or mar your food business. On one hand, if your selling price is too high for the product you are selling to your target market, they will not buy. On the other hand, if your selling price is too low for your food business to make GOOD PROFIT... just because you want to sell, you are killing your business. The key is to find a balance of the right selling price for the right target market, using the right amount and cost of ingredients. This is why I use the 35% principle for my food service business.
