And I LOVED it because it meant two things: 1. I had captured an honest, genuine moment for her and 2. She felt GOOD about the way she looked!! As moms, getting IN photos can be such a hassle and feel stressful. We doll ourselves up (even though our kids will likely remember us mostly with no makeup and messy buns), and we give our "best" smiles instead of just enjoying our relationships with our children. I always told my clients, no need to be stressed about what to wear for a photo session. (I know it’s controversial, but it’s my point of view~)Comfortable is the key, and wear outfits reflect who they are. I am always happy to help with styling, mostly to make sure colors go well with each other and do well with the locations they pick. Some families go with all neutral, some go with lots of colors; some family prefers to be matching, and some like playing with patterns. I enjoy them all.
