If you haven’t tried this Chest Press variation, your missing out big time .
Make sure to really squeeze the gluts and core while doing the bridge. By performing the exercise this way, your core, as well as your lower body, will get extra work . Besides being a variation that will allow you to load up on weight in a safer manner for your shoulders, it will also help you train stability. This will transfer over to a more solid conventional Chest Press.
