"It's not very good publicity for Paris, but it's not so easy to find good bread here!⠀
A few tips to make sure you get the baguette you deserve:⠀
1) Make sure it's written "artisan boulanger" on the facade. It means the bread is actually made by the baker and is not industrial.⠀
2) Same thing for the pastries: they must absolutely be made by an "artisan pâtissier." Even harder to find!⠀
3) Avoid bakeries that are part of the Banette, Campaillette and Baguepi networks if you can. Their bread is ok, but the wheat is full of suspicious additives!⠀
