Happy Sunday from rainy Georgia ——— Pictured: Dianthus ‘Chabaud La France’ + Dianthus ‘Chabaud Orange Sherbet’ ——— These Chabaud (carnations) are old-fashioned & date back to the early 1900s and native to the Mediterranean. I started these from seed last September and transplanted at the end of October and overwintered (I didn’t even use row cover). They began blooming about 5 weeks ago and are adorable.

Who loves peonies?! We saved most of our blooms for Mother's Day at Market and are finally using the last of them for this Saturday @downtowngreenmarket . The peony is the queen of spring and I wish their season was longer than a month! #flowerfarming
