Oh my gosh I hate this costume so much! I'm embarrassed to say it took me so much longer than I expected just to complete it. And it didn't turn out as I hoped it would have. Without going into a bunch of details on why and how this costume came to be, the bottom line is we had actor changes and the character required a pocket. I started with a complete dress that needed minor mending $1.00. I used two children's aprons, donated. Lace from a crinoline, leftover Velcro and scrap teal lining to complete the look.
