El chef @gaggan_anand es fiel discípulo de @ferranadria y pone todo su conocimiento y locura en unos platos que son la esencia de la comida india progresiva, tal y como él la llama. Comer en un sitio así siempre es una grata experiencia con la que uno puede recordar y sentir emociones. Gaggan hace de una forma muy sencilla que una cena sea más atractiva y dinámica gracias a la risa, el juego, la interactividad y el disfrute de cada uno de los platos. Platos que casi todos los comes con las manos, para sentir las temperaturas, texturas, y, cómo no, disfrutar chupándote los dedos!!! Consigue aunar en un bocado los cinco sabores, dulce, salado, ácido, picante y amargo... y un sexto que es la sorpresa, ya que hasta el final de la noche no sabes qué has comido!!! In Bangkok and got to hit up Gaggan one last time before it officially closes in two weeks. The first time I went, I wasn't sure what to expect. I've been to other restaurants with Michelin stars and lots of accolades where I left thinking that it was alright. But when I went to Gaggan, I absolutely loved it. When I first watched Gaggan on Chef's Table, there were tears. I was moved by @gaggan_anand's story, his passion, and what he's doing for Indian cuisine. His story was reminiscent as we both came from poverty and had to work extremely hard to get out of it. He reminded me of the times as a child when I went days without food but how now, I never have to worry about having enough to eat. I am so thankful.

What you all heard from the news about my resignation is TRUE. I resigned as chef of Gaggan restaurant, effective 24 Jun 2019. I'm still business partner of the company. The condition of my resignation is still under reviewing between me and my partners. Next meeting is end of Jul after I come back from family trip in Europe. I was hurted and too tired. But I will make sure that, whatever the result, all Gaggan family will be well taken care. When I say "family", it’s my staff, my customers and all my fans included.
