Dealing with obstacles . As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, not knowing how to workout isn’t what most people struggle with. Most people have a general idea of what to do, but the problem is execution. ❌ . We come across obstacles such as change in schedule, emergencies, no time, or no energy. However, the actual issues themselves is that we aren’t managing time correctly, we aren’t planning ahead, and we aren’t making ourselves a priority so when obstacles come in we don’t know how to deal with added stress the workouts are the first to go. . I coach my clients how to deal with these obstacles, however, if map out your entire day I guarantee you can find a 20 minute to 1 hour window to make it happen. . I haven’t posted any recent workout videos lately between juggling multiple jobs, working on a promotion, moving, and working on a few different projects- I have still made the time, but like I have said before the value isn’t always in posting workout videos! I make it happen by sticking to the difficult exercises, stopping to run at parks on my way to and from places, and avoiding rest during my workouts to keep them shorter!
