I hope you all don’t mind me reposting a recipe . I originally posted this drink for Beefeater’s Spring Drink With Your Eyes contest from earlier this year but didn’t use this shot because I had to use the one with the bottle to qualify. But this one was actually my favorite shot - Fun fact! I originally created this recipe for a bar in San Francisco about a while back. They reached out to me along with 9 other mixologists on social media to help design a special pop-up menu. One signature drink per mixologist! Although their menu never launched, I couldn’t not share this one with you all. - Lady in Pink - 2 oz Gin .5 oz Triple Sec .75 oz Watermelon Syrup .75 oz Lime Juice 15 blueberries Rosemary Club Soda - Muddle a piece of rosemary and blueberries in a shaker. Add rest of ingredients except soda. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a funky Collins glass over crushed ice and top off with club soda.
