I was craving some creamy avocado pasta and had a zucchini to use up, so this is what happened. And it will happen again because it was delicious. Love making any type of pesto or sauce with avocado because it’s so easy to make, yet difficult to mess up! I often just toss in what I have, but in case that stresses you, recipe is below. Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado • 2 minced garlic cloves • 1/2 cup fresh basil • juice from 1 lemon • handful raw spinach • 2 tbsp evoo (or sub veggie broth until you get a nice consistency) • salt & pepper to taste • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced • 1 box / 8 oz chickpea pasta or pasta of choice

Directions: cook pasta, drain and set aside. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped zucchini with some salt & pepper and cook until browned (a dash of oil is optional). In a food processor, combine avocado, garlic, basil, lemon juice, spinach and evoo. Process until smooth. Toss on pasta and add zucchini on top. Enjoy

Hey guys, I am finally feeling better! I didn't tell you but I had the flu for 7 days and felt miserable. I was in bed most of the time with chills and fever (around 40 °C) and so much pain in the limbs. I still managed to post on some days and replied to most private messages and even did two photo shoots (this pic is one of them!).

Fun fact: 2015 was the last time I was sick. Even when my boyfriend had a cold, I ALWAYS stayed healthy during the last 4 years. Almost 2 weeks ago I visited the dentist and he sneezed on me and boom, 4 days later, welcome flu! 3 days later my boyfriend got the flu as well, so we were both in bed feeling like

Hey ihr Lieben, mir geht es endlich besser! Ich habe es euch nicht gesagt, aber ich hatte 7 Tage lang die Grippe und fühlte mich elend. Ich lag die meiste Zeit im Bett mit extremer Schüttelfrost und Fieber (um die 40 °C) und starken Gliederschmerzen. Es gelang mir noch, an einigen Tagen zu posten und auf die meisten privaten Nachrichten zu antworten und sogar zwei Fotoshootings zu machen (dieses Bild ist eines davon!).

Crispy shortbread (grain-free/gluten free hollahhh), creamy peanut butter and smooth, rich chocolate, all in one nostalgic cookie! ✨INGREDIENTS✨
Shortbread Cookie
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil - 1 tbsp vanilla extract - 2 tbsp maple syrup - 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp almond milk.

Peanut Butter Filling
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter (I use @traderjoes, only ingredient is peanuts!) - 2 tbsp maple syrup .

Chocolate Coating
- 1 bar @hukitchen chocolate melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil .

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients for the shortbread cookies in a mixing bowl. Once combined, take 1 tbsp of the dough and roll into a disk. Press your thumb into the center of each cookie, this is where you will place the peanut butter! Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown! Let the cookies cool and prepare you peanut butter filling. Once the cookies have cooled, spoon 1 tsp of the peanut butter mixture in the center of each cookie. Place cookies in the freezer for around 10 minutes. Melt your chocolate and coconut oil in 30 second increments in the microwave until melted. Take your cookies out of the freezer and dip into chocolate with a fork - make sure the excess chocolate drips off! Place back into the freezer for 10 minutes and ENJOY!!!
