What a week! 4 days but so much has happened with little sleep. I woke up this morning craving a hearty breakfast, that’s low FODMAP. First week of cutting has been hard but I’m feeling so much better and less bloated. So here’s a FODMAP friendly breakfast - courgette and spring onion fritters with smoked salmon and poached egg.
