Endo landing... Neat ✌️
.
Coaches Comment - That's a hell of a bank to clear from that lip! Well done for not going straight over the bars too, well held on! Speed is the answer here really. more speed means more lift and distance to reach that flat top and a downslope the other side if one exists! If it is super flat on top you want to racer jump it, never really letting the bike go above the height of the landing so that all your force is transferred into forwards motion on landing rather than a big ol' bottom out from height!

You know that feeling when you see something coming from a mile away, but there's nothing you can do to avoid it? Yeah... that
.
Coaches Comment - Large objects on trail tend to have a sort of gravity about them sometimes! Drawing you in, not allowing you to avoid them. Half of it is not looking at the objects that you want to avoid. Your hips steer the bike a lot and naturally try to point at what you're looking at (think of how you turn in your chair to look at someone rather than turning just your neck), so try to keep your gaze centred down the trail.

Shout "Parkour" when you roll out to make people believe it was intentional
.
Coaches Comment - That's a long bike, a short gap and a steep landing! That steep take off pushes the bike forwards rather than up, tagging the front wheel on the lip of the landing and sending our rider out the front door!

When you hear the #crashdetox has lifted and #failoftheday is back
.
Coaches Comment - That's right folks, the #failfreezone for concussion awareness is done! Let's get back to what you do second best, crashing your bikes! Submit yours via upload.gmbn.com There's one pedal too much over that last bump in this one! The rear wheel touches down after it and the right foot is dropped, this is when the rear shock starts compressing to absorb those actions. It then rebounds as the rider is going off the lip! Timing pumping with the ground will generate waaayy more speed than pedalling will! So get it right!
