Trimming away some of the “blockers” aka the fan leaves shading the terminals. For the new growers, those lighter green terminals will become colas / main bud sites. The plant devotes nutrients and energy to the sites with the most exposures. Some people leave all the exposed fan leaves, even if they’re blocking the terminals. What do you guys think? We did I side by side last run and have noticed denser / fatter buds with the plants that were more pruned. Of course, all of those plants were from seed so not the same phenotype. Would love to hear your thoughts!
