What a rare treat it was today to welcome new GYST Assistants to our team by leading our GYSTification education and onboarding session. When I was an Assistant I was so jealous of my friends in corporate America who had these “Missions,” “Core Values,” “Onboardings” and other fancy let-me-help-you-succeed stuff. As an Assistant I was always thrown into the with a mostly empty and when I started GYST part of the vision was to create an ecosystem where Assistants had all of that fancy stuff too, and along with it, a better chance for long term success. Nearly a decade later we continue to refine our programs to serve our Assistants the best we can, but I think it’s safe to say they have the fancy stuff I wish I had and a little extra ✨ too. Writing tonight with a full and gratitude for the team who continues to nurture and grow these programs, and let’s me guest spot every now and then too.
