☆ ★トレーニング記録★ ①腕相撲トレーニング30kg ②固定した器具 ③雑誌破り(縦)少し早くなった気がしますがまだまだです ④握力トレーニング ☆ お疲れさまです 先日後輩に腕相撲で負けました 以前は勝ったり負けたりだったのですが、最近は全然勝てません ずっと勝ち越していた左も負けました ただ単に私が弱いだけなのですが 後輩が『俺、腕相撲が強くなる為に毎日トレーニングしてますからね〜やっぱ勝っちゃいますよね〜』って! あー悔しい どなたか強くなる方法を教えてください このままでは終われないので真面目に腕相撲を強化します 器具を固定したので高重量もいけそうです ここ1週間毎日やってます ベースが弱いので毎日やってもオーバーワークにもなりません これで強くなるか分かりませんが、とりあえずこの器具とダンベルでカール系の種目入れて勝ちに行きます 体重は自分60kgに対して後輩110kg 相手に不足なし 再戦が楽しみです ☆ #腕相撲 #アームレスリング #armwrestling #負けず嫌い #handstrength #握力 #griptraining #ホームジム #ホームトレーニー #hometraining #homegym

Can be something to supplement your routine to help build that overall hand strength as well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here are 8 different exercises to start with to build wrist and forearm strength. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Wrist Flexion 2. Wrist Extension 3. Radial Deviation 4. Pronation 5. Supination 6. Farmers Carry 7. 90/90 inverted KB hold 8. Wrist CARs 9. Wrist CARs continued The first 5 utilize a band but you can swap that out with a dumbbell if you’d like. I showed the setup with the band just Incase. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The farmers carry is an excellent way to start building strength not only within the forearm complex but the entire body. If you’ve never done heavy farmer carry walks for distance... you gotta give it a try. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 90/90 inverted great way to challenge with some overhead positioning work, that will really force you to have a strong grip. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Of course daily CARs needs to be apart of this as a way to just get some extra movement into the system. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you have any questions feel free to reach out. Direct training is often neglected but can easily be supplemented and managed with compound movements. If you are involved with grip intensive sports and or find a limitation with your abilities to hang then it maybe worthwhile to supplement them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⭐️When pressed for time the best bang for your buck for transitioning over into other strengthening aspects would have to be through Carrying. WRIST PAIN, CARPAL TUNNEL AND ACHEY HANDS “oh my”! - Why do you suffer from any of these? A couple reasons: - •Overuse injuries from clicking, texting and typing in awkward positions - yes, that’s a thing. - •General Hand and Wrist weakness. Finding the sweet spot between too much and not enough is helpful. - •Not having much range of motion and control in the wrist and hands - causes compensation and leads to problems from the fingers all the way up to the neck. - •Not spending enough time on the floor - no serious, getting on the floor requires you to use your hands and wrists in ways you aren’t accustom to. Just do it. - This hand mobility sequence will light up all your senses and feels freaking amazing! - I could tell you what to do, but you should just hit ‘play’ and follow along. - ✅ MAKE IT BETTER by not forcing into painful ranges. Pain is not your friend.
