This will be my last week of placement at the children’s hospital and I am torn between feeling relieved that I am going back to treating adults and sad that I won’t see cute babies anymore. But saying that, I am definitely not prepared to be treating musculoskeletal problems yet as I haven’t done as much study as I should have today. I did though spend 4hrs shopping for my birthday party, 2 seconds shopping for a new outfit (I hate clothes shopping at physical stores), 1hr picking out 5 pillows and 4hrs meal prepping/taking photos.... #priorities Good think I had left over salted caramel protein pancakes and coconut chia pudding from today’s projects because I don’t feel like cooking anymore... Gonna dig into these whilst watching MAFS

Salted caramel protein pancake recipe:
➡️ 50g rolled oats
➡️ 20g almond meal
➡️ 10g coconut flour
➡️ 1 tbsp @brawprotein salted caramel protein powder
➡️ 1 tsp @happywayau maca powder
➡️ 1 tsp @natvialiving Sweetener
➡️ ~180ml @almondbreezeaus Almond milk (depending on absorbency of your protein powder)
➡️ 1/2 tsp baking powder
➡️ Pinch of salt

Directions:
1️⃣ Blend dry ingredients until it’s a fine powder. Gradually add almond milk and blend until smooth
2️⃣ Cook on medium low heat with lid on for 2-3min before flipping and cooking for further minute
3️⃣ Top with toppings. I combined mine with a coconut chia pudding (1/2 cup @coyo_organic Coconut yogurt with 30g @thechiaco Chia seeds and 1/3 cup @purecocobella Coconut water), sugar free chocolate, frozen raspberries and chocolate sauce

Simple foods are seriously the best I love to cook fancy meals too, but most of the time I want my meals to be fast, but delicious too this quinoa-oatmeal bowl is the perfect example. Had some already-cooked-quinoa left from the day before and since we don't like to waste food in this house, I mixed it in my oatmeal. Tasted really good (a lot better than with the quinoa flakes in my opinion) and was super satisfying ♥️ .
➡️ Bowl Dets: cook 1/3 cup oats | 1/2 cup cooked quinoa | 1 1/2 cups water | 1/2 cup almond milk | 1 tbsp maple syrup until creamy. Topped with 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1/2 cup raspberries (warmed up on the stove, added 1 tsp maple syrup).

Einfache Mahlzeiten sind mir die liebsten ich verbringe zwar gerne viel Zeit in der Küche und kochen Mal fancy, aber die meiste Zeit will ich doch etwas, was schnell geht (und natürlich trotzdem gut schmeckt.)
Diese Quinoa-Bowl ist genau das ich hatte noch etwas gekochten Quinoa vom Vortag übrig und da ich ungern Essen weg schmeiße kam der einfach in den Haferbrei rein. Das hat wirklich total gut geschmeckt (besser als mit den Quinoaflocken finde ich) und war auch total sättigend. Das gibt's jetzt sicher öfter ♥️ .

Je n’allais pas vous laisser sans une recette avant d’aller découvrir Vienne quand même

Recette pour 17 madeleines

100g de farine de blé ( T55 ou 45 )
2 œufs
50g de purée d’amandes
1cc de levure chimique
60g de compte de pomme
30g de sucre roux

1/ Préchauffez votre four à 200 degrés.
2/Mélangez tous les ingrédients et versez dans vos moules au 3/4.
3/ Faites cuire les madeleines 5min à 200 degrés puis 5min à 180 degrés.

Pour la coque chocolat
.
80g de chocolat
2cc d’huile de coco fondu
.
.
1/ Faites fondre le chocolat au bain marie et mélangez le à l’huile de coco.
2/ Tapissez vos moules de chocolat fondu et déposez y les madeleines.
3/ Réservez au congélateur 30min ou au frigo minimum 1h.
