The amazing, oh-so-versatile tahini does it again!! This ✨BUFFALO TAHINI SAUCE✨is allll I’m wanting right now!! It made the perfect buffalo chicken TOASTed bagel sandwich and would even make a great dip for your favorite chips or veggies. For the sandwich I used @daveskillerbread Organic bagel, @organicgirl butter lettuce and sliced avocado! I cooked the chicken tenderloins in a little olive oil with some s&p and garlic powder. Then it got shredded and coated in the sauce

The ratios are totally based on heat preference so mix and adjust to your liking! I used the following ingredients:
-Organic tahini
- @franksredhot Buffalo sauce
-@siggisdairy plain yogurt
-Garlic powder
-Onion powder
-Freshly ground black pepper
It can be made #dairyfree depending on your preference or dietary needs. For the dairy-free version, either sub in an almond-based yogurt or simply leave it out and mix tahini, the buffalo sauce, and seasonings and thin it out with a little water. I’ve eaten it both ways! My kids just wanted to eat the shredded chicken—especially my daughter who says even her fruity kids toothpaste is “spicy”.

Ingredients
2 medium cooked chicken breasts, shredded or chopped (we used rotisserie chicken)
2 ripe avocados, pitted and diced
½ cup corn (roasted, canned, or frozen)
¼ cup red or green onion, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, minced (or parsley or dill)
2 tablespoons lime (or lemon) juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, avocado, onion, avocados, corn, and cilantro.
Drizzle with the lime (or lemon) juice, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently until all the Ingredients are combined.

To make this simple #whole30 meal i seasoned salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika. heated up a pan with avocado oil on medium heat. placed salmon face down on heated pan for about 3-4 minutes and flipped to other side for about 3 minutes.
for the salad i used tuscan kale i massaged it for about 5 minutes to tenderize. for the dressing i blended juice of a lemon, 2 garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
i topped salad off with salmon, lime, and sprinkled some nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor! .
