Following up from yesterday with this video from the PM of New Zealand really demonstrating the difference in response to a mass shooting compared to here in the US:
"There's lots of things that government can do to make sure people are free from violence, and we will do those things."

"There's nothing we can do, it's just the price of freedom."
Not much else to add on top of that, just that I'm inspired by the fact that the ideas that "nothing can be better" and "nothing can be improved" are being rejected by more and more people. That rejection is what is going to make progress and improvement possible.
