Not only does stretching like this improve strength, emotional well-being and mental focus, but it also helps ALL your organs perform to their best ability. And if your goal IS to have the biggest glutes in town, stretching can actually help you further engage your muscles while lifting weights. -

Any excuse to get outside and you’ve got us. Be it crisp early morning cycle lapping ♀️, or late night light chasing ♀️ around London town there’s something oh so snuggly about wrapping up and getting out on our two feet (or two pedals) around this time of year.
After weeks of evening events, and bundles of business in the land of TTH yesterday we took to the infamous Oxford Street for a stroll and shop. But hey, who’s to say the secret to beating the icy fingers has to stay in the slow lane? Ours join us out running, cycling and even the short walks to our workout space of choice! Now there’s simply no excuse to continue the adventures, even if the temperatures have dropped and the lights against us. A little serving of #HotHands and we’re good to go!
