What do I mean by eccentrically?⠀

If you notice in the video, I don’t just contract the muscle when I’m curling my arm. I also keep it contracted when I’m lengthening it ( going down) this allows for greater resistance and stress making your muscles work harder thus going into hypertrophy.⠀

Si quieres ganar músculo no empieces con mucho peso solo porque crees que puedes levantarlo. Concéntrate en el músculo que estas trabajando, no solo en el peso.
