1000KG CHALLENGE x GUMBOOT FRIDAY Just the other day I hit 1000 followers on my Toa Aotearoa Instagram page, so I decided to do a 1000kg Challenge! So pretty much, the challenge was to hit 1000kg total as fast as I could. These are the exercises and numbers I hit: DEADLIFT - 280KG SQUAT - 220KG RACK PULL - 320KG SLINGSHOT BENCH - 180KG TOTAL - 1000KG To add to that, I saw Mike King’s ad last night promoting YOUTH SUICIDE AWARENESS and I thought to myself, actually, I’m going to do the challenge in gumboots in support of @gumbootfriday !
