Rant: Was pretty disappointed when I’ve engaged in external delivery services but they did not deliver my bouquets in the original form. Had an incident last week when one of the guys destroyed the wrapper of this bouquet when it’s intended for a proposal. Imagine my horror when I’ve found out thru my client and have ramifications done immediately (refunded money to him). Was pretty upset with the delivery person but no point crying over spilt water (like literally cuz the paper was so wet). Just very thankful that I’ve such understanding clients as always
