The other day I was invited to the launch of @soapandglory ‘s two TOP SECRET PRODUCTS in their #calloffruity range. The Smart Foam mouldable shower mousse that retains its shape and is so fun to play with ! And Cooling All Girls Crackling moisture mousse that works as a moisturizer, crackles & leaves skin feeling cool. It was a stunning immersive dinner experience delivered by @flavourology with a 5 course tropical, multisensory meal. We first met Glorya in her shower room & then followed her through a secret rainforest door to a special tiki bar where we found our name tags on our seats. What an experience ! Absolutely loved it. ....Overheard at this year's Margaret River @gourmetescape, the one and only @nigellalawson! We couldn't agree more and on the subject of greed, sloth and gluttony.... we are SO PUMPED to be hosting Perth's first fully immersive seven course dinner, themed around the Seven Deadly Sins! Interactive performance, spectacular audiovisual art and a heavenly chef created feast. Tickets are $160 selling fast and are available through @fringeworldperth and in our bio. ...and THIS was how we did Gluttony over the weekend! "Dessert Rhapsody" was a choregraphed plating by our wonderful chefs, directly onto the table, to Queens song "Bohemian Rhapsody". This final course of our 7 deadly sins immersive dinner included a decadent feast of Gin and Tonic Jelly, Nutella Brioche donuts, Brownies, Cannolis, Raspberry coulis, Chocolate ganache, Honeycomb, Fresh Raspberries, Fairy floss filled chocolate spheres. "See possibility anywhere" is the Secrets Suppers mantra, which has lead us to some wild locations, pushing the boundaries with each new dining experience. For some time now, we have had a vision to create an immersive dinner themed around the Seven Deadly Sins; a multisensory experience using many mediums including sound, image, performance and even smell to create a theatrical dining experience. Exploring the meaning of each sin whilst blurring the lines between art and food, we want to take each guest through a wonderous and thought provoking journey. This will be so much more than just food and entertainment... An Aerial performance amongst the tables perhaps... which sin do you think we could explore with this?!

[Invite] Have you ever had a 5 course meal whilst floating and falling in a dream like reality? ⠀ ⠀ Nah me either... That was until i was whisked... Up-Up-And-away with the @_gingerline Grand Expedition the other evening. If you have never heard of the Gingerline pioneers of London's immersive dining scene. They started by putting on immersive dinners in secret locations somewhere on the Overground Line (Get it The Ginger Line) . You get a sms on the day of the event telling you were to go... then the excitement build. ⠀ ⠀ Due to the secrecy off the event and not wanting to spoil any surprises i cant go into to much detail.... but this is what I can say..... ⠀ ⠀ Once you have the location... you arrive and are whisked into another reality where you dine on a 5 course meal, drink (you can book an optional cocktail pairing) and explore this reality over the course of 4 hours. I'm quite fussy about set 'conceptual' menus, but this one was perfection.⠀ ⠀ The whole evening was very polished and spectacular, was almost like being inside a West End Production, but with food. ⠀ ⠀ I cannot recommend this enough.
