Anybody else tried out the new Bosch Nail Strikes yet . They do stand up to incidental nail encounters pretty well, but currently are a good bit more than what you can buy the Daredevils for... . As much as I bore framing in remodels and such with the Daredevils, it's still not that often that I can't avoid areas likely with nails, and even more so in new construction. I don’t think they are on Instagram but I’ve always liked #Nupla hammers. I have a dead blow and a 2 lb drilling hammer. They are at least 15 years old. The fiberglass handles have taken a lot of abuse and the unique rubber grip has never slipped out of my hand. This dead blow is nicer than the one I bought. The two faces make it much more useful and durable. I tried and tried and I could not get that urethane head to drive the nail through the hardwood workbench. In fact they were offering $100 for anyone that could. As far as I know nobody was able to do it.
