The Play House From the outside our house looks like it’s all fun and games. If we’re not at home playing we’re out and about exploring. That’s just the fraction Instagram sees. Every trip to the playground is an escape from the mounting housework and a distraction from everything else going on. It’s still all there when we get back but for that hour of fresh air and fun, it’s all out of sight, out of mind. Don’t get me wrong, we love our adventures but it’s definitely a form of escape. This post could go one of two ways: . 1. Awwww, these two are giving me all the heart explosions . . 2. They may look like best buds here but in reality they were arguing over who got to sit there and picking at each other to try and get the other person to move spots on the couch. . The lesson? Social Media is a tricky SOB and the lure is to always post the pretty, perfect pictures of our life that make it seem like all rainbows and sunshine, which then can make others feel like their lives aren’t as fulfilling.
